Extensions come in four styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, Hybrid blends classic and volume techniques, Volume fans several lightweight lashes onto each natural lash, and Mega Volume fans several ultra-fine lashes onto each one. Classic sets use cashmere lashes.
Every visit begins with a thorough consultation to settle on a frame that suits the client's natural lashes. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks to keep lashes full, and Hybrid and Volume refills need at least 40 percent of extensions still retaining. According to the business, sets are meant to look longer, darker and fuller.
Other services include Lash Lift and Tinting and Wispy Style as an add-on. Lash removal for extensions applied elsewhere cannot be booked on its own. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice to avoid a 50 percent fee charged to the card on file, and a no-show is charged the same fee and cannot book future appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
Each appointment starts with a consultation to choose a frame that looks natural on the client.
