Appointments are booked online through the business's website. Opening hours are limited: Tuesday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The studio is closed Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Brow lamination relaxes the brow hairs so they can be brushed upward, which gives the look of a fuller brow. The service includes brow shaping and a home care kit, and it can be combined with tinting. It is not recommended for pregnant or nursing clients, who are asked to check with a doctor before booking.

For lashes, a lash lift is offered on its own or with tint. Full-face threading takes about an hour and covers the brows, forehead, sideburns, upper lip and chin.
