The studio's stated aim is to leave clients feeling confident and wearing lash looks they find beautiful. The menu covers the full cycle of lash extension care, from a first set and a sensitivity check to regular refills and removal. Set lengths and styles range from a barely-there single extension per natural lash to fuller, denser looks.
Clients can choose a set picked by the artist to suit their features, or bring a photo of a look they like and have it recreated as closely as possible. Refills are offered for clients who still have at least half of their lashes, with outgrown extensions removed and the new set able to match or change the previous style. Very recent refills, booked within a week of the last fill, have a shorter mini appointment. A complimentary touch-up is available, arranged by message with the artist.
