The studio describes its approach as honest recommendations without a hard sell. Every treatment starts with a consultation, after which the team suggests the option that fits each client.
Services are by appointment only and are booked online through Square. Studio hours are Monday and Wednesday from 12:00 to 3:30 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the studio closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Free street parking is available outside, and BART pickup can be requested when booking, with the site noting a fee for it. Payment by major credit cards, Klarna, Afterpay and Cherry payment plans is accepted.
Permanent makeup services include powder and nano brows, combination brows, precision eyeliner, lash line enhancement and lip blush. Each initial session includes a consultation, design mapping, the treatment and an aftercare guide, and a perfecting session at 5 to 8 weeks is strongly recommended. The studio is permitted by the health department for permanent makeup procedures, and it also offers permanent makeup and brow removal over a series of sessions.
Waxing and sugaring take place in a private treatment room with a door that closes, in a studio that is women-only. Clients can choose between natural sugar paste and low-temperature hard wax at the same price. The academy offers a multi-week hands-on program with live models, limited to two students per class, an online Classic Lash Course with six months of access, and one-on-one lash and permanent makeup troubleshooting sessions held in person on Saturdays.
The studio combines Western light-energy devices with Eastern skincare products and techniques, and starts every treatment with a consultation to recommend what suits each client.
