Emily Lee started Creation Beauty & Academy in Newark, where she now teaches both online and in-person courses as a trainer and instructor. She has spent more than ten years working directly on brows and lashes, including 13 years in lash work and permanent makeup. Her specialties are permanent makeup, lash extensions and advanced skin treatments, and she also does corrective brow work for clients whose brows were removed. With permanent makeup, she uses calipers to measure every design and compares it with the client's facial features before any pigment goes in. Her permanent makeup clients come to her from Tracy, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Mateo, San Jose and San Francisco. She holds a tattoo license and guides students through hands-on training in permanent makeup and lash extensions. Before microneedling, she assesses the client's skin, and if the treatment isn't a good fit, she suggests a different one.
