The studio says its technicians are among the most experienced in the field and take pride in hygiene, professional application and technique. A full procedure takes at least an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the set and fullness chosen. The studio says extensions are meant to save daily mascara time, and that lashes should be replaced two to three weeks after a full set.
The studio describes its adhesive as medically graded and formaldehyde-free. An initial full set is stated to last up to two months. The studio says clients who rub their eyes often, or who have very curly, thin or fragile lashes, or no lashes at all, are not good candidates.
Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive without makeup, skip caffeinated drinks and remove contact lenses. Afterward, lashes should stay dry for the first 24 hours, and aftercare calls for water-based makeup and remover only, with no oil-based products, creams or waterproof mascara. If clients are unhappy with their results, the studio offers a free fix when they get in touch within three days.
Refills are available on lash work done at other salons, after a technician checks the lashes. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by email or by text, but not through social media. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $50 fee and must be confirmed by telephone, though text and email cancellations are accepted. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. The studio accepts cash and major credit cards and suggests a gratuity of 15 to 20 percent. According to the Fresha listing, the studio has a 4.934 rating from 1,326 votes.
Each set is customized to the client's eyes and desired look after a consultation covering length, curl, shape, style preference and the health of natural lashes.
