On the hair side, services include haircuts, cut and style, blow dries, flat iron straightening, curling iron styling, men's cuts, full and partial color, foil and ombre highlights, root touch-ups, toner, henna and protein treatments. The salon also offers Permanent Organic Hair Color, which it describes as made with certified organic ingredients and free of PPD, parabens and sulfates.

For skin, the facial menu includes European, collagen, teen, back, mini, hydro, oxyliance, galvanic, microdermabrasion and acid peel treatments. Specialty options include Zemits DermeLuxx cryo treatments, Rezenerate NanoFacial for fine lines, uneven tone and sunspots, Famous Sothys seasonal treatments, Collagen Hyaluronique, and a series-based alpha-hydroxy peel. Microdermabrasion and an eye care treatment can be added to any facial, and dermaplaning is also available. A free consultation is offered for skin or hair questions.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's Vagaro booking page or by calling (248) 737-5910. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, by appointment only on Sundays, and closed Mondays. Waxing takes place in a private room, and the waiting area offers refreshments. Clients who don't see a preferred stylist or service are asked to call the salon. A loyalty punchcard gives the 11th service free.

Special occasion hair and make-up can be done at the salon or at a client's home or hotel. The salon states it was featured in Maharani Weddings Magazine. Booth and station rentals are offered at stated reasonable rates to established beauty professionals, including hairstylists, cosmetologists and barbers.
