Kris & Kierst

Founded in 2019 by Kristin and Kiersten, Kris & Kierst is set up as a salon that houses a collective of independent beauty and wellness professionals. The salon describes itself as collaborative and supportive, built on authenticity, creativity and personalized care.

Each professional sets their own services, prices, booking process and policies, and manages their online booking through the Meet the Professionals page. Clients reach the team by text or email only, at the text line (833) 397-1492, as the salon does not take phone calls. Appointments are available Monday 6 am to 1 pm, Wednesday 6 am to 7 pm, Thursday 10 am to 6 pm, Friday 6 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.

There is no receptionist or waiting room, and the doors stay locked between appointments. Clients wait in their vehicle until their professional contacts them, then enter through the back door nearest the parking lot unless told otherwise. Parking is in the lot on Gale Terrace or along the street there, with overflow parking in the lot between CVS and Aldi.

Shared salon stations are rented on a schedule of 3 to 7 days a week, with no permanent stations, and renters operate from 6 AM to 8 PM. Full-time rental is available on a seven-day commitment. A private treatment room is offered to massage therapists, estheticians, permanent makeup artists and other wellness professionals.

The online shop lists hair care brands and offers free shipping on orders over $100. Undamaged products can be returned within 14 days with the original receipt for an exchange or refund. Clothing and virtual services are not eligible for return, and product returns are accepted only in the country where the product was purchased.
