Komplete Luxe Beauty works on makeup for clients from preteens through adults, with separate sessions priced for each age group. A 1:1 makeup class is also offered for clients who want individual instruction over a two-hour session.

Appointments can take place at the studio or at an offsite location within 25 miles, with no travel fee listed for those trips. Clients booking farther away are asked to contact the business before booking. The studio also takes appointments outside its regular hours, with the final time set by the business once availability is confirmed.

Booking is deposit-based. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited if a service is not rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, though a deposit can move to one rescheduled appointment with enough notice. Cancelling without 24 hours' notice, or not showing up, incurs a 50% fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to cancellation, with a $25 late fee where accommodation is available. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
