Every visit begins with a consultation. A questionnaire asks about lifestyle, how much time the client has for styling, how often they visit a salon, their hair goals and their style preferences. Prices are listed as starting rates, with master stylists priced higher than stylists for most services, for example ladies haircuts from $70 with stylists and from $85 with master stylists. Blow-dry is not included in color prices and is required after color and haircut services, and additional color can raise the cost of a color service. Corrective color is quoted during a consultation, and color corrections require a non-refundable $150 deposit and a card on file.

Hair extensions are fully customized and priced by quote. The salon uses hairtalk tape-in extensions made from human hair that can be washed, curled, straightened, blow-dried and dyed, and offers a range of band sizes and styles. The salon says an all-over tape-in transformation can be done in an hour or less. Other extension options include temporary clip-in hairbands, colormelts in 14 colors and single and double density weft extensions. The Zenagen hair growth line of shampoos, conditioners and styling products is also carried; it was designed by biochemist and molecular biologist Jared Reynolds. The salon says it ran its own three-month trials with clients and reports strong results, while noting it does not guarantee results for everyone.

Wedding hair and makeup are offered, with pricing quoted after a free consultation. Weddings use an intake form and a wedding agreement form, and a wedding deposit is required. Out-of-salon services are available with a travel fee quoted on request. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments without notice, incur a 50% service fee. Billing information may be requested for new clients, services over 2 hours, or after two cancellations within 48 hours. Gift certificates can be bought by phone or through the website, and the boutique sells products.
