Visits usually start with a consultation. It is free, takes about 20 minutes, and is used to talk through hair goals and a color plan before a first appointment or a new color. Specialty color requires a consultation before it can be booked.
Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later, available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a 50% fee.
The salon is closed on Mondays. It is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Color-led work that covers both natural-looking shades and more vibrant or unconventional placements, with a consultation before first visits and new colors.
