Formulas and techniques are adjusted to each client's hair type, and a color-safe version is used alongside highlights and color-treated hair. Results typically last 8 to 12 weeks, depending on hair porosity and styling habits. A standard Brazilian Blowout takes about 60 to 90 minutes, and combinations with color or a haircut take 2 to 3 hours.

Extension services include applications, scheduled move-ups at 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10 week intervals, fusion extension removal, and ongoing maintenance with aftercare guidance. Extensions are made from sustainably sourced Remy hair and matched to the client's natural shade. An application covers the consultation, color matching, placement and density planning, attachment, styling and aftercare instructions. Fusion removal uses solvents and detangling to release the bonds, followed by cleansing, conditioning and treatment of the natural hair. Event styling, including updos and curls, is also offered, and trials are recommended before weddings and large events.
