Every visit begins with a complimentary consultation to talk through what you want and shape the service around your hair. Services are grouped into Cut, Colour, Style and Consultation, and range from fringe trims and neckline refreshes to full balayage, bleach and tone, and corrective colour booked after a colour consultation.

The studio works by appointment only and is open Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm, with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday available by request. Payment can be made online when you book, and add-ons or product charges may be added in the studio. Cash is not accepted for payment, though cash gratuities are. Card details are not stored; an encrypted third-party account handles payments. Colour appointments are limited to established colour clients, and colour clients referred by an existing guest can email to ask about booking. Rescheduling or cancelling needs at least 48 hours notice, with a 50% fee for shorter notice and a full charge for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
