The Nails group covers gel manicures with one color included, where clients can add nail art levels on top. Soft gel and hard gel structured manicures each take two hours and include one color. Gel X extensions take an hour and fifteen minutes and include one color, and custom press-ons are also offered. A basic manicure finished with clear coat is listed as 'Men'icure, and a color change alone takes 45 minutes.

Nail art is priced in four levels. Level 1 covers simple designs such as polka dots, classic French tips, one-color designs or basic gems. Level 2 adds simple patterns, charms or small 3D embellishments. Level 3 covers art on most nails, including layered and themed designs. Level 4 is for detailed or custom work on every nail.

Returning Gel X clients need to book a Gel X removal alongside their new set. Removals of Gel X sets are done at each appointment, and enhancements applied by another salon must be removed first. Repairs are priced by cause: one price when the damage was the client's doing and a varying price when the salon's own work needs fixing.

Booking runs on approval. A 75% deposit is charged when a request is approved, with the card kept on file. No-shows are charged 75% of the total service cost. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a fee of 75% of the service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late leads to a reschedule. If the day's schedule allows, a late fee applies for each 15 minutes after the grace period. Services are non-refundable, and booking means agreeing to all the salon's policies.
