Thao Aragon owns the studio and opened it after several years working in the beauty industry. A customer review on the site mentions her earlier work at a European wax center.
Clients can book by phone or through the website, and the studio is open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. Monthly packages, service bundles and specials are offered. Lash and waxing bundles pair a lash set with a waxing service at a reduced combined price, and both services in a bundle must be done on the same day. Hybrid full lash sets require a 30% deposit at booking.
Permanent makeup has its own booking terms. Lip blush requires a $100 deposit paid in full at booking, and the $300 price does not include a touch-up, which is due four to six weeks after the first session.
Skincare includes facials, a dermaplane facial that removes fine hairs and exfoliates the skin, LED light therapy and an ionic foot bath detox. According to the studio, staff have extensive product knowledge and take time to educate clients.
