The menu is organized into pedicures, manicures, artificial nails, dipping, packages, kids services and members-only treatments. Several pedicures are built around named rituals with their own steps. The Verdant Serenity Pedicure pairs a green tea bath soak with a hot stone massage, mask wrap and paraffin. The Bella Estate Rejuvenation Pedicure includes a paraffin wrap, callus removal and a hot stone reflexology massage. The Dolce Vita Renewal Pedicure adds a steam-infused hot stone massage, mask, paraffin and sugar scrub. The BOSS Pedicure combines a warm bath soak with a hot stone massage, callus resurfacing and a hot towel wrap, and its bath soak is scented in the style of a Hugo Boss fragrance. The Côte d'Azur Soleil Ritual Pedicure is the longest pedicure, with a 28-minute steam hot stone massage, paraffin, sugar scrub and a rose foot soak; the salon describes it as its signature special-occasion treatment. Manicures follow the same pattern, from the quick Essence Manicure to the Riviera Flourish Manicure with a 20-minute hot stone massage and warm aromatic towel mask.

Design versions are priced by the nail technician before service, within a range of $70 to $200. Add-ons include cuticle care and a take-off for acrylic and dipping full sets. Gel can be added to most manicures and pedicures for a small extra fee. Children under 10 can book a kids manicure or pedicure.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone at each location, and each location has its own booking page. Memberships are sold on each location's website and can be used at any of the salon's locations. Gift cards are sold online. Groups of three or more customers may be asked for a deposit, which is fully refundable with three days' notice and applied to services.
