Kiss My Lash was founded by Jenelly Gross, a licensed esthetician with more than six years of experience. The studio says some of its services are oncology-safe.
The signature offering is The Skin Reset, a program for acne. It begins with a 90-minute initial visit, followed by bi-weekly 75-minute follow-up visits. Clients can also book a 3-month or 6-month program package, and the studio lists these at a lower total than booking each visit separately.
Booking is handled online only, and a valid card on file is needed to hold an appointment. New facial clients must complete a consultation before treatment. Consent forms must be signed before any service, and clients who are unwell with fever, flu-like symptoms, heavy coughing or a contagious condition are asked to reschedule. Rescheduling must be done through the confirmation email, once per appointment, at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations are charged 35% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full amount and banned from booking. Guests are not allowed, including children.
Lash clients should know the studio's fill rules: fills are needed every two to three weeks, four or more weeks between visits is treated as a full set, and at least 40% of extensions must remain to qualify for a fill. Lash lifts require a patch test at least 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Clients who have extensions from another artist may need a removal and full set, which is decided at the appointment.
The studio's approach centers on repairing the skin barrier, supporting long-term skin health and customizing treatment for each client.
