A visit usually starts with a skin consultation, and treatment plans are personalized from there. Every injectable treatment begins with a personalized consultation. Appointments are requested through an online booking form and confirmed by staff, and a $25 appointment deposit is taken online. Financing is available through Cherry, and gift cards from $100 to $1,000 are sold. Clients can also take a skin type quiz and receive a personalized skin care routine through the Skin Type Solutions system, which is based on the Baumann Skin Type.

The menu is organized into injectables, skin treatments, laser services, facials, lash and brow services, and wellness. Most services are priced after a consultation, so the business asks clients to contact the med spa for current prices. Listed prices include $2,000 for an Erbium YAG ablative full face treatment and $99 and $199 per month for the Essential Glow and Ultimate Glow facial memberships. Tattoo removal is quoted by contact, with the price depending on the size of the tattoo.

Neurotoxin treatments are available for brow creases, the lines between the brows, crow's feet, bunny lines, dimpling of the chin and banding in the neck. Hyaluronic acid fillers can add volume to the lips, cheeks and facial contours. Sculptra, a biostimulator that prompts the body to produce collagen, is also offered, and its effects develop gradually over several months. According to the salon, Daxxify lasts longer than traditional wrinkle relaxers, and most neuromodulator sessions take less than half an hour.

Treatment plans are built around each client's skin after a consultation, with an emphasis on natural-looking results.
