Each service starts with a dry cut, so the stylist can see the natural curl pattern before the hair is washed and dried. Stylists do not add styling products or use heat tools unless the client asks for them. Every visit includes a scalp massage, aromatherapy, warm towels and a shoulder and neck massage, and beverages and snacks are complimentary. A free 15-minute consultation is offered before each service and can be booked alone or with other services.
