Every visit is by appointment, booked by calling or texting Holly or through the website contact form. A $100 non-refundable booking fee secures the time and is deducted from the final price. A consultation can happen before the procedure or on the same day. For brows, the design is drawn in pencil and photographed for symmetry before treatment, and a topical numbing cream is followed by a liquid anesthetic. Before-and-after photos are taken for the studio's own records and advertising. Free virtual consultations are also offered.

Clients who already have permanent makeup follow a few extra steps. Work that is light enough to build over is treated as a new service, and those clients are asked to book a consultation and upload a reference photo. A color correction or cover-up adds $100 to the service. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine, alcohol and skincare acids before a permanent makeup appointment, and pregnant or nursing clients, or those with certain skin conditions, should check with the studio before booking brow services.

The studio is at 8854 Arbor Creek Dr and is open Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm. Clients from Harrisburg, Gastonia, Concord, Matthews and Huntersville make the trip to the Charlotte location.
