Every visit starts with a consultation and a plan shaped around the client. The salon describes a warm, intimate setting where guests are treated like family, and says it chooses its music and products with care so clients feel at ease.

Color is priced by how much change is wanted. A Transformation starts at $275 for larger shifts such as going lighter, adding lowlights or an overall change, while a Subtle Shift starts at $200 for smaller touches like a face frame or root smudge. Clients within four months of a previous color can book a Full Maintenance from $250, a Partial Maintenance from $200, or an Express Maintenance from $145. New clients start at $200 for a single color service or $300 for a dimensional service, both including a cut or treatment and a full consultation. A complimentary color consultation is required before any corrective color.

Cuts with a blow out start at $55 and include a shampoo, and a blow out on its own starts at $45. Customized hair treatments can be booked with a blow out or added to a color or cut. Extensions begin with a consultation where a method is recommended and a custom quote is given. Spa services include 60, 90 and 120-minute head spa sessions that can be tailored and finished with a towel dry, a quick dry or a full blowout. A Relaxation Facial that cleanses, gently exfoliates, masks and hydrates can be added to a head spa. Lash lifts and tints, brow waxing, brow tinting and brow lamination are also available.

Cards are kept on file for every client. New clients pay a 25% deposit, and clients with a history of last-minute cancellations pay 50%; deposits can be refunded or transferred up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations and service changes need at least 48 hours notice, and shorter notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service total. No-shows are charged 50%, and that amount does not carry over to a future visit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened. Only clients receiving services may attend, and children and pets are not accommodated unless medically necessary. Services are not refunded, so clients who are unhappy should contact the salon within two weeks of the appointment.

Each appointment begins with a consultation and a customized plan, and the salon chooses its music and products with client comfort in mind.
