Injectable services include neurotoxin treatments with Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, facial contouring, facial harmonization and body balancing. Biostimulators using Sculptra and Radiesse are offered for the face, neck and body, and PDO threads are used for skin laxity, fine lines and contouring of the face and body. Microneedling is available, as is Morpheus8, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency, and Morpheus8 Body, designed for body contouring and reducing cellulite. Diolaze hair removal is described by the spa as permanent.

Facials come in three lengths: the Express Facial, the Signature 60-Minute Facial and the 90-Minute Facial. Every facial is customized to skin type, concerns and goals and begins with a skin assessment by a licensed medical aesthetics provider. CO2 laser treatments range from light resurfacing to fully ablative and are tailored after a comprehensive consultation. Rapid hand rejuvenation uses a CO2 laser handpiece for texture and pigmentation. Vaginal rejuvenation can use Morpheus8 and CO2 laser, alone or combined, for internal and external treatment, and external options may be used to improve the appearance of the labia as a non-surgical choice. Those plans are customized to individual anatomy, concerns and goals.

Wellness offerings include personalized peptide plans for weight loss, recovery, hair and skin health, hormone balancing and overall wellness, plus IV hydration for hydration, post-workout recovery, skin beauty and weight loss support. PRP and PRF treatments use the client's own platelets and cells, including for hair regrowth and as a filler for fragile areas. Through Kultur Cares, the spa offers free care days four times each year for people who spend their lives caring for others. It accepts community nominations for these days and works with local organizations, schools, shelters and community leaders on the program.

Treatments are customized to each client, with a medical assessment or consultation before facials, laser and other procedures.
