The color menu runs from a gloss and toner with a style, which takes about an hour, up to full custom color, which takes around four hours. Base color retouches are meant for grow-out of an inch or less. Lightening retouches range from a mini face-frame service to full foiled highlights to the roots, and lived-in options blend color in for a softer, lower-maintenance result. Full custom color includes lightening or darkening as needed, highlights, lowlights and root shadow, along with a K18 treatment.

Extensions are a major part of the work. Keratin tip extensions are bonded individually, each strand is used one time, and they are reinstalled every three to four months. Weft installs come in one or two rows, with a seamless hidden-bead option and a hybrid option that pairs a seamless bottom row with a standard top row. Extension hair cost ranges from about $350 to $900 or more depending on the look and length goals, and an in-person consultation is needed to give an accurate figure and maintenance price. Hair washing is included with installs, and removal is free at a maintenance appointment; K-tip removal costs the same as installing them. With proper care, the hair can be reused for nine to twelve months.

Booking has a few rules. New clients request an appointment through the New Clients page. Extension services require contacting the salon before booking. Base color retouches and haircuts on their own are for current clients only, and the haircut add-on is booked only with a color service. K18 is recommended for all lightening and must be booked alongside another service. Recommended maintenance is four to six weeks for base retouches and gloss and toner, four months or more for lived-in retouches, and six to eight weeks for weft extensions.

Extension wearers receive a care guide. It advises avoiding chlorine and salt water and using only mineral sunscreen on hair, and it recommends a Jolie or Canopy water filter to limit mineral build-up.
