Melinda Deatherage founded the studio after many years in skin care, including earlier work with dermatologists in Seattle and Kirkland on laser, IPL, microneedling, chemical peels and photodynamic therapy for skin cancers. Melinda is the professional listed for the studio, and the business is open Monday, Tuesday and Sunday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and closed Wednesday and Saturday.

Facials are the core of the menu. Glow facials come in several versions, including a dermaplaning version, a custom version, a hydro-based version, a PCA Pro chemical peel version, and a Nanoinfusion version that is suitable for pregnant or nursing clients. Ultimate versions combine two methods and are open to established clients after a consultation. A shorter Dermaplane Express is also offered without extractions, enzyme mask or massage. The studio describes its Dermaplane Glow Facial as one of its most popular. Full facials run about two hours, and clients are asked to stop retinol, exfoliating acids, scrubs, self tanners and hair removal at least seven days beforehand.

Microneedling is offered as a full face treatment or a full face and neck treatment, each paired with an exosome glow facial and requiring a consultation first. Packages of three are available and typically recommended. Microneedling is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients. The Beautiful Back Glow Treatment covers the back, chest, decollete, arms or lower legs and is usually done as a series of three to six sessions about a month apart. It is not suitable for pregnant or nursing clients.

Lash services include volume full sets and fills, a mega volume option, hybrid and classic sets, keratin lash lifts with or without tint, keratin lash tints, and removal. The studio describes its Volume Full Set as Melinda's signature style, with wispy, textured, customized volume. Fills must be booked within two to four weeks of the last full set or fill. Brow services include brow lamination, waxing and shaping, tinting and henna. Lash clients are asked to arrive with cleansed, bare lashes, preferably wearing glasses rather than contacts, and to avoid caffeine beforehand.

The studio also sells skincare and sun protection from lines including ColoreScience, PCA Skin, Stratia, Borboleta, Elleevate and Omnilux. A 15-minute product pickup consultation is available, and a personalized skincare consultation with a regimen can be done in person or by FaceTime or Zoom.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, with a consultation before facials and home-care recommendations afterward. The studio works alongside other providers to support overall skin health.
