The salon works with independent stylists and a Hellerworker, and each provider sets their own prices. Estimates depend on hair length, texture and any added services, so clients should contact their stylist for an accurate quote. New clients can call the salon. Appointments are booked by phone with the salon or the stylist directly, not by email. Appointments are recommended, walk-ins are taken when a stylist has room, and some stylists are not accepting new clients.

Hair services cover cuts, color, fashion color, highlights and blonding, blow dry and styling, smoothing and texturizing, bridal and special occasion hair, and K18 treatment. Extensions are sewn in by hand. The hand tied wefts are 100% human hair, need no remover, and are described as thinner and lighter than machine-made wefts, with length, color and texture customized to the client. Skin services include facials and micro and nano needling. Nanoneedling uses microscopic silicone tips, and the salon says it does not puncture deeply and involves no downtime.

The space gets natural light and has around 50 live plants. Ample street parking is available, though the small lot only fits small vehicles. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows may be charged, with a standard fee of $50 for color services and $15 for haircuts, and each provider may set their own fee. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the appointment is not guaranteed. Children's haircuts are offered when availability allows, and small children must stay supervised and may sit on salon furniture only while being served. Each provider offers gift certificates individually.
