Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, all-over and partial color, balayage, foil and BabyLights highlights, toning, color correction billed by the hour, perms, blowouts and special-occasion styling. Hand-tied extensions are offered with Rachael Johnson, and extension maintenance, removal and installs are available for rows and minis. The salon carries KEVIN.MURPHY haircare, sold only at the salon.

Skin services include customized facials in 45, 60 and 90 minute versions and a customized back facial. Facial extras such as an intensified double peel and micro-current can be added. Facial waxing covers brows, full face, lips and chin, and is typically rebooked every two to four weeks.

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, and 24 hours' notice is requested for cancelations. Cancelations with less notice incur a fee of half the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. A card hold may be placed to reserve time, and services are not refundable, though the salon may offer a complimentary redo at its discretion. Clients are asked to keep phones silent during appointments.
