Booking starts with an inquiry form. If the business is a good fit and the date is open, the bride receives a custom proposal, and the date is secured once a signed bridal contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are in place. Bookings usually open 12 to 18 months before the wedding, dates go to whoever secures them first, and only one wedding is taken per date. Inquiries get a personal reply during office hours, and multiple trials are available. A getting-ready schedule is built around the size of the bridal party and the desired finish time, and the schedule and makeup details are finalized before the wedding. On the day, the team arrives with its own chair and lighting.

Bridal makeup options include a Bridal Preview at $200, which runs 1.5 to 2 hours and covers the bride's wants, concerns, style, and the look for the day, and the Bride Day of Wedding package at $300, which includes an hour of skin prep, custom makeup, a choice of strip or individual lashes, a chest or body glow option, a full-size lip product, and a touch-up kit. Bridal party and attendee makeup is $175 and is a traditional application with lashes and touch-up kits included. Hair services include bridal hair styling at $300, a bridal hair preview at $200, bridal party styling at $175, a blowout add-on at $90, and flower girl styling for children under 10 at $85. Clip-in extensions are $25 extra, and hair is not included. Hair and makeup are booked and counted as two separate services. Additional artists are brought in for large parties or early start times.

Travel and extra fees apply. Locations more than 2 hours away, or with strict timelines, require hotel accommodations at the getting-ready location or within 5 miles of it. Clients cover parking, tolls, and ferry tickets, and a $100 fee applies to weddings on major holidays such as July 4, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the days around Christmas and New Year's Eve. Touch-up time is billed at $150 per hour per artist for staying on after services are complete. The bridal party size can be changed within 3 months of signing the contract, as long as the minimum is met.

Makeup is meant to enhance a person's natural features rather than cover them, and the business uses professional products chosen for wear, performance on camera, and comfort.
