Color is the core of the business. Appointments are timed from one hour for a gloss or quick toning service up to four hours for color corrections, multiple process colors and major changes. Other color options include grey coverage, all over root color, root touch-ups, all over color, a partial highlight with toner and cut, and partial balayage with toner and cut. Vivid and lived-in color are among Kelsey's specialties.

Haircuts run in two lengths. A one-hour cut suits fine to medium density hair at shoulder to mid length, and a 90-minute cut suits thicker or longer hair and new clients who want to talk through their hair goals; the longer appointment includes wet and dry cutting and a blow-dry. Shorter cuts can get a bang or neck trim, which is open to return clients only. Layers and fringes are also part of Kelsey's work.

Hand tied extensions are offered. Current clients can book an installation, while new clients need a consultation first. Existing extension clients can also book a move-up appointment.

Consultations are $25 for 20 minutes and are required before a first color appointment, and are also available for anyone wanting to discuss a haircut. Extension consultations are $25 for 30 minutes. Clients who cancel are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

New color clients book a consultation before their first color appointment, and new extension clients start the same way, so the plan is set before the day of service.
