The studio's work is built around personalized color. Kelli specializes in dimensional and lived-in color across all shades and tones, with a particular focus on soft blondes, redheads, brunettes, grey coverage and blending, and low-maintenance vivids. Most color appointments include a haircut, gloss, toning and bonding treatment, with the exception of express root retouches.
Every color visit starts with a complimentary consultation, in person or by video call, that covers goals, timing, a maintenance plan and pricing. Color services are sorted by how much work is needed, from quick gloss and root touch-ups to full custom color and corrective visits for clients who have gone six to twelve months or more without color.
Keratin Express smoothing is available on its own or added to a color or haircut, aimed at smoothing and frizz control. New clients book by text and are asked to include their services, a time frame, inspiration photos and their current hair and history, which helps Kelli plan the appointment. Early morning appointments are available on request, starting at 7:30am, and availability runs Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
Each look is shaped at the chair around the client's goals, maintenance tolerance and hair history rather than a fixed menu.
