Kelli Pacheco is the owner of Kelli Pacheco | Hair and works as a custom color specialist. She has more than 20 years of experience and runs her own business in Frederick, Maryland, after relocating it there.
Her work is dimensional, lived-in color in every shade and tone. She brings a soft, glowing finish to blondes, redheads and brunettes, and she specializes in grey coverage and blending as well as low-maintenance vivids. She offers haircuts with all color services.
She continues learning through education, fellow industry artists and pioneers, and she enjoys teaching and hopes to do more of it in Frederick. Each look is shaped individually at the chair.
