The salon's approach starts with listening. Each appointment opens with time spent on understanding a client's hair goals, and Kellie works with one client at a time so appointments are not rushed. The salon describes its color, balayage, and keratin services as personalized for each client, with precise work aimed at keeping hair healthy.

Color appointments are best booked when hair has gone one to two days without washing. Keratin appointments are booked with clean, dry hair. New clients are welcome. First-time clients and those booking color or keratin may be asked a few questions before the appointment is confirmed. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; a cancellation inside that window is charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, and no-shows are charged the full service price. A 15-minute grace period applies. Clients running late should text, and the service may be shortened or moved.

Prices are listed as starting points and vary with hair length, density, and the service booked, so clients text for a quote. Booking is available by text or phone at (415) 816-9461, through the online booking system, or by email at info@kellielittle.com. The salon is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm, and Sunday 11am to 6pm.

Kellie also designed The Groove Hairbrush after clients asked for a single brush that could do it all. It handles detangling, smoothing, shaping, volumizing, and curling, wet or dry, and its design is patented. It is sold online at kellielittle.com.

Each appointment begins with a conversation about hair goals, followed by precise work with attention to hair health, and clients are seen one at a time.
