Booking is by phone or text at (930) 228-0119, or online at any hour through the website. A $35 deposit secures braiding appointments and is taken off the total at checkout. Braiding hair is not included in the service, so clients buy it when they arrive or bring their own. Hair should be clean, detangled and fully dry. Appointment times are estimates and can shift with hair length, texture and style. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout.

A membership has three tiers, Essential at $79 a month, VIP at $149 a month and Luxury at $229 a month, with annual billing options. Each tier includes braiding services and retail discounts, and memberships are capped at 20 members per tier.
