Synthetic hair is included in the braid and loc prices as a lightweight blend. Clients who prefer human hair can add it for an extra $73, which includes shipping, and the hair cost is charged on top of the style price. Human hair add-ons use YG Wigs double drawn 100% human hair. Clients who want human hair are asked to message the business to arrange it.

Some services come with specific rules. Bora Braids are done in the morning only, and bookings made after 1pm are asked to move earlier. Blowouts must be added as an extra service when booking, and takedown and detangling is priced separately and does not include a wash. New clients can complete an optional consultation form to receive 20% off their first appointment. A $20 deposit secures a booking and is deducted from the final balance.
