Lightening services, including partial and full highlights, balayage and ombre, each include one toner. Add-ons can be added to a visit, including an extra toner or color, a Malibu add-on, an Olaplex hair mask, or a Brazilian Blowout. Prices are listed as starting prices, which apply to fine to medium hair at collarbone length or longer, and they can change at any time.

New clients request an appointment through the online booking form. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are within the grace period, and anything later requires rescheduling and carries a late fee. Cancellations need 24 to 48 hours notice, and shorter-notice cancellations carry a fee. Clients can park in the lot to the right of the salon, or in the free lot at the end of the street if it is full. The studio also sells hair care products and offers eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.
