Knotless styles are a central part of the menu. Bohemian knotless braids finish with soft curl-out lengths, and regular knotless braids are a tension-free version. Twists include island twists, also called boho twists, which are rope twists with a relaxed finish, and regular Senegalese twists, a sleek two-strand style. Miracle knots can be installed with either braiding hair or 100% human hair.

Appointments are booked in advance through an online booking page run by Schedulebility, and a confirmation message is sent once a time is scheduled. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair that is fully detangled, unless the service includes washing, and extra fees may apply for detangling or hair preparation. Clients should mention any allergies, scalp tenderness or sensitive scalp before the service begins, and should stay home if they are feeling sick.

Braids are sealed and smoothed with hot water, so clients are asked to stay still during that step. Children are welcome as long as they can stay calm and seated for the appointment, and a service may be declined if a child cannot sit still. Additional guests are not allowed unless approved beforehand. Tools, chairs and stations are sanitized between each client.

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours in advance, and no-shows or late cancellations may lose the deposit or incur a cancellation fee. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Full payment is due immediately after the service, by cash, Zelle, Cash App or card depending on availability.
