The salon offers personalized consultations and supplies human hair in several styles and price ranges. Clients who already have a preferred human hair can bring it in instead. For boho and gypsy braids, the starting price covers the braiding and standard braiding hair, while specialty curls are charged separately. Preferred hair color should be communicated at least one day before the appointment.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, detangled hair that has been fully blow-dried, unless they add a hair-preparation service. Appointments are secured with a 20% deposit, subject to a $30 minimum and $75 maximum, which is applied to the final balance. The remaining balance is paid at the visit. Deposits are nonrefundable unless the salon cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement date. One deposit transfer is allowed when a client reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. Changes or cancellations on shorter notice forfeit the deposit, and so do no-shows, who must also pay a 50% deposit to book again.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their booked time should phone the salon. If they are still not there at the 20-minute mark, the appointment may be cut short, moved to another time or cancelled. Any extra treatments or changes to the requested style must be approved before a stylist begins work. Lengthy appointments need to start early enough to finish before the salon closes for the day. Doors open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., seven days a week.
