Hair is included in colors 1, 1B, 2 or 4, and beads and accessories come with most services except beads for knotless braids. Bead and hair color schemes depend on what is in stock, so a specific color can be requested before the appointment. The studio also offers an ACV braiding hair prewash for synthetic hair, where the braiding hair is washed before the appointment; the business says this removes chemical coatings and balances the scalp.

Styles are offered for children and adults alike, and anyone who can sit in the chair is welcome. Drop-off is optional for children; for drop-off appointments Seanay contacts the parent when about 30 to 45 minutes remain. A parent may sit in during services. Clients should arrive with hair washed and blow dried. Deposits are $30 for most styles and $50 for knotless braid services, and both are non-refundable. A 25 percent cancellation fee applies to no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which $1 per minute is charged until the client arrives. Work is not rushed, so the business asks clients not to book close to other same-day commitments. Photos and videos may be taken for the public portfolio, and clients can opt out. Payment is accepted by Cash App, Apple Pay and Zelle. The business also sells spicy bowls for $10.
