Kavi Skin Studio

Kavi Skin Studio operates inside Pacific NW Beauty Bar at 2325 Tacoma Ave in Tacoma. Facials are the core of the menu, alongside brow shaping and lamination, waxing, and packages that bundle several services. Listed hours are Monday 5 to 8 PM, Tuesday 11 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 2 PM and Sunday 12 to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Fridays.

Three facial tiers are offered. The entry Level One is a 60-minute treatment at $140 that deep-cleans, exfoliates gently, performs extractions when needed, and finishes with tailored serums and a hydrating mask. The Level Two Kavi 75, priced at $155, is the studio's signature all-in-one choice. It opens with a consultation and a double cleanse, then moves through ultrasonic exfoliation, extractions when required, either dermaplaning or microdermabrasion, LED light, ice globes, custom masks, a serum and moisturizer finish, and a massage of the face, neck and arms. The Level Three Advanced Kavi, at $175, relies on corrective masks, Korean techniques and LED sessions, adding a light chemical peel where suitable, and targets acne, uneven pigmentation, skin texture or signs of aging.

Other facials include The Ultimate Indulge at $200, a 90-minute relaxation-focused treatment with a neck and shoulder massage, luxe masks, LED therapy, ice globes and a hydrating hand mask. The Kavi Signature HydraFacial starts at $199 and runs 45 minutes or more. It cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates using a vacuum-vortex machine, and a deluxe version adds a booster, extra time and LED therapy. The Newborn and Mommy Facial at $140 is a 60-minute treatment for new mothers, with the baby present, for babies up to 6 weeks old. It uses no extractions, no heat and no strong products.

Brow services start with Brow Wax and Shape from $30, which includes brow mapping, waxing and tweezing. Brow Lamination from $40 sets and smooths natural brow hairs, with an optional custom tint, and the studio says results last 4 to 6 weeks. The Lip, Brow and Underarm Wax from $30 runs 15 minutes or more and is meant for clients whose brows are already shaped. Waxing also includes a Bikini Wax from $50 that does not include the butt strip, a Brazilian Wax from $65 that covers front to back, and the Kavi Vajacial Facial at $55 for ingrown hairs, bumps, clogged pores and irritation. Hair removal is not part of the Vajacial. For Brazilian waxes, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long, and maintenance visits are booked for clients last waxed within 4 to 6 weeks.

Facials and the Vajacial carry a deposit, $50 for most facials and $30 for the Vajacial, and the Vajacial also requires skin that is healed and free of open cuts or active irritation. Packages are booked under Packages on the site and credits apply at checkout. The Kavi Glow Pass covers three Kavi 75 facials for $345, redeemable within 6 months, and the studio says it saves $120 over individual visits. The Brow and Glow Duo at $350 includes two custom facials and two full brow laminations with tint and wax. The Peel Reset Series at $350 includes a pharmaceutical-grade peel customized to skin goals with mini post-treatment skincare, and the studio describes it as having minimal downtime. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours, 75% within 24 hours, and 100% for no-shows. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.

Treatments are built around each client, with customized serums and masks in the facials and a gentler protocol for new mothers and sensitive skin.
