Appointments are usually booked about four weeks ahead, with a waitlist for earlier openings, and the salon is currently accepting new clients. Blonding is priced by coverage: the Mini hairline or money piece is from $300 and takes about 2 hours, the Partial sides and top of head is from $370 and takes about 3 hours, and the Full whole head is from $435 and takes about 4 hours. Blonding is recommended for maintenance every 8 to 12 weeks. Maintenance services include a gloss and tone for $160, a grey root touch up for $175, a haircut with style for $125, a haircut with a treatment experience from $125 to $175, and a keratin or smoothing treatment for $315 that aims to reduce frizz. An Oribe Renewal Remedy Treatment can be added to any service for $50. Blowdry and style are listed from $95 and curl sets from $30 on the online booking site. Listed prices are starting points and may change with hair length, density and the result wanted, and a custom quote is given at the appointment.

Extensions use beaded row and K-Tip methods, with a hybrid option, and installs use 100 percent Remy human hair. K-Tip extensions are $25 per piece for 18 inches and $35 per piece for 22 inches. Every new extension service begins with a free 15-minute consultation covering goals, lifestyle, method and pricing or maintenance plans. Installs take about 1 to 5 hours depending on method and customization. Beaded row extensions typically last 6 months to a year with proper care, and K-Tip extensions typically last 10 to 12 weeks. Extension maintenance is needed every 6 to 8 weeks and includes a dry styling and a check of natural hair and extensions. Clients are asked to avoid self-tanner and avobenzone SPF near the neck, shoulders and chest before an install.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $25 rebooking fee per service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is changed or rebooked, and a rebooking fee may apply. All services are non-refundable, but clients who are unhappy can contact the salon within 7 days of the appointment for adjustments. Booking means consenting to before and after photos that may appear on social media or the website, and clients can opt out. Blonding and other services can be paid in installments through Affirm, Klarna or AfterPay on qualifying orders.
