Kat's Lash Alchemy

Kat's Lash Alchemy is a lash extension business owned and operated by Kat Mendoza. It is located inside Image Studios Cypress on Northwest Freeway in Cypress, Texas.

Full sets range from classic, where one extension is placed on each natural lash, to hybrid, which pairs individually placed classic lashes with full fans. Volume and mega volume sets place multiple ultra-fine lashes on each natural lash for added length and depth, and anime sets offer an exaggerated, doll-like length with a dramatic curl. First-time clients book an Enchanting Lash Awakening appointment, where the set is chosen and aftercare is reviewed, and they go home with an aftercare kit. Refills are recommended two to three weeks after a set, and mini touch-ups must be done within 10 days of a full set or refill.

For clients who want to keep their natural lashes, the Korean Lash Lift curls them without extensions, using a keratin-rich curl and a silicone rod; the salon says results last six to eight weeks. A lash lift and tint also darkens natural lashes with a semi-permanent tint and includes a mini aftercare kit, and tint can be booked on its own. A free patch test with three short extensions is available at least 24 hours before an appointment.

The salon keeps a few clear policies. First-time bookings need a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total cost, and a first appointment can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit and block future bookings. Refills more than three weeks after the last service are treated as full sets unless approved beforehand, gift card sales are final, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000.
