Lash services range from removal and mini fills to classic, hybrid and volume sets, with refills at two, three and four week intervals. Each refill has a minimum of natural lashes that must remain to count as that interval, so clients who wait longer may need a refill that takes more time. A free 15 minute consultation is available to check whether natural lashes are ready for extensions. A lash lift, which curls natural lashes, and a lash lift and tint are also offered.
Brow services include threading for brows and lip, henna tinting, brow lamination and brow waxing. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, stomach, back, bikini line and Brazilian area.
Memberships are available for lash refills and for Brazilian waxes. They renew automatically, and membership benefits are applied at checkout in store when booking services as usual. Deposits are required for some lash services and are non-refundable. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery; gift card sales are final.
The business is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays. Hours vary by day, with the latest closing time on Thursdays and Fridays.
