Facial options range from a 30-minute Kara Escape Facial to the 90-minute Kara Ultimate Facial, which pairs microdermabrasion-style exfoliation, light therapy and high-frequency with a neck, arm and shoulder massage and take-home samples. Chemical peels take about forty-five minutes and include a shoulder massage and a take-home skin care sample. Body treatments include Ionic Foot Detox, Body Glow, an infrared sauna wrap and Lumafirm Body Firm and Glow, which the spa says uses a formula with 26 ingredients.

Massage runs from a 30-minute sampler to 90-minute sessions, with options that include aromatherapy, warm stone work using heated stones and essential oils, deep tissue for specific injuries, and prenatal massage after the first trimester. The Signature Integrative Massage begins with a detailed consultation. Chiropractic visits start with a free initial consultation and can be paired with specific massage.

Visits are by appointment only. Pricing and payment vary by professional, so clients are asked to contact the professional directly about cost. The spa accepts cash, checks, credit cards and Spa Finder gift cards. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge, and gratuity is not included in packages. Before body treatments, clients should avoid shaving and sunbathing for 24 hours. Waxing requires hair about a quarter inch long, roughly two to three weeks of growth, and some products and medications, including Retin-A, Differin, Renova, blood thinners, alpha hydroxy products and high antibiotic use, may exclude a client from waxing. Facials are discounted 10% for a series of three and 15% for a series of six.

Pedicures take place in private rooms, where guests recline with a lavender pillow and a beverage, and chaise loungers are available for relaxing. The in-house boutique sells gifts, jewelry, candles, decor and spa products, and gift certificates are available. Businesses can also rent suites, including large suites with an in-room sink and full bathroom. Suite renters have access to the reception and client relaxation area, a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, and an in-house washer and dryer. Suite pricing and availability are handled by text.
