Standard services include a shampoo and blow-dry with any cut, color or chemical service. Some color and chemical services are quoted by the hour, depending on length, density or technique. Highly coiled type 4 hair requires a free consultation before booking. New curly-haired clients are asked to arrive with hair fully dry for the first cut.

Appointment reminders go out 72 hours ahead by text and email. Changes made 24 to 48 hours before an appointment may incur up to 50% of the service fee, and changes made within 24 hours may incur 50 to 100%. No-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price of the missed service. The salon is open Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:15 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday from 8:15 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. It is closed Sunday and Monday.

The team keeps learning current industry techniques and hair-health science, and the salon's retail and styling products are organically derived and pH balanced.
