Procedures are grouped into body, breast and face categories. Body work includes Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, the skinny bikini tuck, stem cell fat transfer and tummy tuck, with full, mini and endoscopic tummy tuck options and liposuction that can be combined with a tummy tuck. Breast surgery covers augmentation with silicone or saline implants, fat-transfer enhancement, implant revision, lifts, reduction, reconstruction, implant removal with a lift, internal bra mastopexy and mastectomy. Face procedures include chin augmentation, facial detailing with regenerative cells, Kaogee, a limited-incision neck lift, a non-excisional eyelid lift, rhinoplasty and the Ponytail procedures.

The Ponytail system is the practice's most prominent offering. It has four levels, Ponytail Lift I and II and Ponytail Facelift I and II, and the surgeon assigns the level after examining the face. The Ponytail Lift works on the outer brow, temples, eyes, upper cheeks and lateral midface through incisions hidden in the scalp, while the Ponytail Facelift extends that approach to the jowls, jawline, lower face and neck. The gallery on the site lists 267 cases across 17 procedures, including 24 Ponytail Lift cases and 79 Ponytail Facelift cases. A retrospective study of 600 consecutive Ponytail patients, each followed for at least 12 months, was published in Aesthetic Surgery Journal.

A first step is a private inquiry of five short questions, which commits the person to nothing. Pricing is individualized: costs depend on the extent of the work, areas treated, any complementary procedures, anesthesia and facility fees, and postoperative care, and a personalized estimate is given after the in-person consultation. Facelift and tummy tuck are generally considered cosmetic and typically not covered by insurance, though financing may be available to qualified patients. Patients who want a recovery stay can use KO'AN Recovery Center, a post-surgical facility across the street, and postoperative support can be arranged there when appropriate.

Plans each facial procedure around the patient's anatomy, aging pattern, skin quality and goals, using endoscopic, deep-plane techniques and discreet incisions with an aim of natural-looking results that keep the patient's own features.
