The studio is designed for sensitive, acne-prone and blemish-prone skin, and it also lists treatments for men, a back treatment for body acne, and a body treatment for one area.

Every visit is booked as a one-on-one appointment. A first visit begins with a consultation to look at the skin, talk through goals and suggest a next step. The studio notes that its online skin quiz is only advisory, and the final recommendation is made in person and can change once the skin has been assessed. For nano facials, the booster is chosen after that consultation and can vary with skin condition.

The studio describes its treatments as non-invasive, with little or no downtime planned. It also notes that downtime depends on the treatment and the person, and that chemical peels and nanoneedling may leave more visible redness afterward. Clients are asked to stop retinol, retinal, leave-on AHA or BHA products, benzoyl peroxide, scrubs and exfoliants at least three days before a peel or facial, and to pause prescription-strength topical treatments for seven to 14 days before a treatment. Clients with prescription skincare, recent cosmetic procedures or medical skin conditions are asked to tell the studio in advance.

The Beyond Facial is the studio's custom option, priced at $195 for 55 minutes. It is tailored to the individual skin and always includes HydraFacial extractions. Its steps include a two-step cleanse, ultrasonic cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a micro AHA peel, lymphatic drainage, LED light therapy, a customized mask and an ionized oxygen infusion. Dermaplaning, PDRN and exosome oxygen infusions, nano for eyes and lips, and a volume boost spicule eye treatment can be added to many services.

Treatments are built around each client's skin after a consultation, with boosters and steps chosen individually. The studio describes its work as non-invasive and designed for little or no downtime.
