Visits start with a consultation, which is required for all new clients and for anyone not seen in over a year. Each client then receives a customized treatment plan and a personalized skincare regimen based on skin type and goals. Product recommendations are treated as a central part of results.

The Clear Skin Program runs over 4 to 6 months and is offered in person or virtually for clients who live too far from Pearland. It includes a light chemical peel every two weeks, skin analysis, a skin sensitivity test, a custom regimen, and access to Kalon Clear Skin Resources. The regimen is adjusted every two weeks, with updates emailed and reviewed at bi-weekly follow-ups. The program states that if before and after photos show no improvement, the fifth month is free, and that it cannot guarantee clearer skin within four months. Clients are asked not to work out within 24 hours after a peel.

Booking requires a saved payment card and a non-refundable deposit equal to half the service price, collected through Square, and the deposit is credited toward the service itself. Date or time changes can be made online or by replying to the confirmation email or text, as long as the request arrives at least 24 hours beforehand. Cancellations made inside that 24-hour window carry a $50 rebooking charge. Anyone who neither shows up nor calls is billed the full booked price. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the service being voided. Three consecutive cancellations may lead the salon to decline future bookings from that client. Waxing and chemical peels must be spaced at least seven days apart, and medium or deep peels call for a longer interval. Before a first chemical peel, clients need at least two weeks of preparation with home care.

The studio is in Suite 804, the fourth building to the right off Smith Ranch Road, across from the JCPenney parking lot in Pearland.
