The menu is grouped into body waxing, face services, men's grooming and skin treatments. Body packages pair common areas such as bikini, Brazilian, underarm, stomach, buttock and full leg, and the studio says Brazilian with underarm is its most frequently booked combination. Brow Wax + Tint includes a custom-blended tint, which the studio says keeps brows looking filled in for up to four weeks. Full Face Combo covers cheeks, lip, chin and sideburns.

Waxes are botanical, which the business describes as premium, and are formulated for sensitive skin. Dermaplaning can be added to a visit to exfoliate the face and remove peach fuzz, though it cannot be performed on the same facial zone as waxing during the same visit.

Before an appointment, hair should be about a quarter inch long, usually two to three weeks of growth after shaving. Clients are asked to exfoliate the area 24 to 48 hours ahead and arrive with clean skin, free of heavy lotions, body oils or deodorant on treated areas. Loose, breathable clothing and avoiding caffeine or alcohol right before the visit are suggested. Waxing during a period is allowed with a clean tampon or menstrual cup. Redness or small pink bumps afterward are described as normal and usually fade within 24 hours. Moisturizing can begin 24 hours after waxing, and gentle exfoliation can start three days after, while intense heat, tight friction and public pools are best avoided for 48 hours.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Arriving more than seven minutes late counts as a late cancellation with the same 50% fee, and a no-call or no-show is charged 100% of the price to the card on file, with future booking privileges possibly suspended. Clients are asked to text if they are running late.

Every treatment is performed by the same master esthetician, with no rotating staff, in a setting built around one client at a time.
