Coloring is the largest group of services, running from men's color and base color through mini highlights and full color. Balayage and foilayage are offered in partial and full versions, as are partial and full highlights.

Styling covers blow-outs, men's haircuts, and women's haircuts with styling. Treatments include a hair spa and a keratin treatment.

The salon says every stylist is trained to the highest standards. Listed prices are starting points, and the durations on the booking page are also estimates, so clients should confirm details when they book.

Kala Salon accepts all major credit cards and cash. Tipping is at the client's discretion, and gift certificates do not include gratuities. Clients who run late will be accommodated where possible, but an excessively late arrival may mean rescheduling. Reschedules made within the notice period are charged 50%, and that amount does not go toward the new appointment. Clients who do not call or show are charged the full cost of their services. Clients are asked to book their next visit before leaving.
