Extension work is the core of the practice. New hair installs come in 3, 4, 5 or 6 hour versions and can use hand-tied wefts or ktip extensions. Other extension services include row move-ups without color, extension haircuts, removal, quick fixes, and a complimentary fix if a bead slips. Custom ktips can be made to order and texture matched to each client. Extension pricing is listed as subject to change, and a first-time extension client can expect a total the salon estimates at approximately $1,600 to $4,500. That estimate covers custom colored extensions, seamless color, a cut and styling, a client portal with a custom treatment plan, home care products and headshots on the day.
Color and keratin services round out the menu. Options include toner, root smudge and toner, root touch-ups, partial and full highlight packages, and balayage packages with toner, a reconstructing treatment and a blowout. A new client color package includes a one-on-one appointment, a home care regimen and a consultation. House call maintenance for extensions plus color is available in the client's home. The salon says its keratin treatment restores natural keratin, reduces frizz, softens hair and shortens styling time, and that results can last two to four months depending on hair type.
Booking follows a few set rules. In-person extension consultations are free, and virtual consultations can be booked through the website. Classes are booked by phone and need 24 hours' notice to cancel. Some services need 48 or 72 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a percentage fee of the appointment cost. Gift certificates are available for birthdays, holidays and hair services. Cards, cash, debit, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and a card fee is listed.
Consultation comes first for extension clients, with in-person or free virtual options and a custom treatment plan for first-time extension work.
