K-Tip extensions are bonded with keratin and applied with heat, typically lasting about three to four months; they don't need move-ups, but they should be removed and replaced in time as natural hair grows. Beaded weft extensions are installed without heat or glue and last six to eight weeks with proper care, with move-ups recommended every five to eight weeks. Tape-in extensions are also offered. K-Tip and beaded weft installations begin at $150 and $200, and both require a consultation before booking. Hair extension consultations are free, and maintenance starts at $100 for extensions installed elsewhere or for hair the client has bought themselves. Clients who supply their own extension hair sign a waiver, as the salon isn't responsible for that hair's quality or wear.

Color services are grouped under Chicago Hair Color Services. Root touch-ups and single process color start at $110 and include a wash and blowdry. For smoothing, the Brazilian Blowout is a keratin-infused treatment that reduces frizz and lasts up to 12 weeks, priced from $295 to $350. The Magic Sleek treatment is chemical-free, with results lasting three to five months, and starts at $400. A medium-long haircut with a wash and blowdry costs $80.

Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may face a cancellation fee. The salon doesn't issue refunds, but it will try to adjust a service if a client has concerns within seven days of the appointment. Children and pets aren't permitted. Guests can expect Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks, and a TV. Payment is by credit card or cash, and gratuity can be paid by credit card, Zelle, Venmo or cash. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, closed Sunday and Monday. Metered parking is available, with street parking on Randolph and Aberdeen. The booking profile lists the salon as not wheelchair accessible.
